Ebenezer Children’s Home: Visiting the Orphans

The Mission’s team is staying at the Orphanage in Siaya, Kenya. What an honor to get to know the children and to be able to pour the love of God into them, play with them and to pray for them!

The team presented gifts to the children!

( Psalm 68:5) “A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling”

Ebenezer Children’s Home’s purpose is:

  • Fighting poverty with education

  • Caring for Orphans & Widows

  • To bring Christ to the lost

Thank you Riverbend Children’s Mininsty

Our church made special cards and artwork to give to the children in Siaya, Kenya.

The Orphanage is always pleased when God sends along Mission Teams to minister to the children!! The children so enjoy visiting with their guests, especially when they play with the kids!! Wesley Bremer brought a couple blow up soccer balls to scrimmage with the children. Pastor Brad plays catch with the children.

Pastor Brad shares Christ with the children, speaks destiny into them and prays for them. He desires to build on the “hope and future” that Ebenezer already provides with a Christian education and Sunday Church.

Matthew 18:5 “And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.”

Pastor Brad plays catch with Felix who is 12 years old. He came to live at the orphanage at age 5.
