Bidi Bidi is a Sudanese Refugee Camp located in Northern Uganda.
“The plight of the Sudanese and the refugees from other nearby countries is overwhelming! Please pray for Food, Housing, Medical Care, New Job Skills for these people! Most of all pray for an opportunity for them to hear the GOSPEL via RADIO!!”
Our American missionary friend whom lives in Uganda and works with the refugees, saw our posts about providing radios for the villagers of Kamuli! Radios are donated to those whom can’t afford their own radio, they listen on 105.9 FM Radio Kamuli. Our friend asked if we could provide a few radios for some of the refugees, so that they could listen to the Gospel? We said YES and sent funds for the purchase of several radios!
The photos below are of two Sudanese Pastors distributing the donated Radios at Bidi Bidi Refugee camp in Northern Uganda! The Sudanese Refugees are living at the largest refugee camp in Uganda! War torn Sudan has caused a large exodus into Uganda over the last several years!
We are excited to share that Pastor Brad's Voice of Hope-Africa weekly radio programs can be heard in Northern Uganda on Shortwave Radio! We are thanking God for this opportunity to reach these people with the GOSPEL in Uganda!! "Why Shortwave Radio in AFRICA?"
